The Sunshine Massage Experience

Time to switch off

Massage isn't just about the physical treatment. It's also about having time away from the demands of everyday life.

A Swedish massage can be a wonderful way to relax, ease everyday muscle tension and give yourself some uninterrupted time to unwind.

What you can expect

From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a calm, warm and comfortable environment.

Your treatment is never rushed. I'll take the time to understand how you're feeling and tailor the massage accordingly, including the pressure and areas of focus.

The room is prepared with relaxing lighting, warmth and carefully chosen music to create a peaceful atmosphere.

My aim is simple:

For you to leave feeling relaxed, comfortable and glad you took the time for yourself.

A massage that's personal to you

Everyone is different. That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage.

Whether you prefer a slower, gentler treatment or firmer pressure, we'll discuss your preferences before we begin.

Ready to relax?

Book your massage and enjoy some time that's completely yours.

Before Your Massage

Your first appointment

If this is your first appointment, you'll be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before your massage.

This allows us to discuss any relevant health information and make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.

I'll also take your temperature when you arrive.

Before you arrive

Please shower or bathe before your appointment and arrive ready to relax.

If there are any areas you'd prefer me to avoid, or anything you'd like to discuss before your massage, please let me know.

For your comfort, the treatment room is kept warm with subdued lighting and relaxing music.

I use professional massage oils and provide clean towels for every appointment.

If I'm visiting you

If you've booked a home massage, please make sure the room is warm, comfortable and suitable for the massage table.

I bring everything required for your treatment, including my massage table, towels, oil and music.

For the best experience, I ask that your appointment is free from interruptions.

A professional service

Sunshine Massage provides professional Swedish massage only. I do not offer deep tissue, sports massage or other specialist massage therapies.

If you have any questions before your appointment, please feel free to contact me.
